2005 NC State Championship info & entry form

Etowah Valley Country Club and Golf Lodge in Hendersonville, and the Chattooga Club in Cashiers
Overview
The North Carolina State Championship is a USCA-rules singles tournament. There will be four or five flights. Flight handicap ranges and tournament format will be determined after all entries are received.
Eligibility
The tournament is open to USCA—NC District members (current members in good standing of the USCA who have lived in NC for at least three months of the year ending on the tournament’s opening date). Other USCA members, such as players who live in neighboring states but primarily play in NC, will be considered. The deadline for entries is Saturday, June 25.
Details
Entry and guest fees include courtside beverages and refreshments, plus Friday tournament dinner at Etowah Valley Country Club—Bar-B-Q ribs, chicken, non-alcoholic beverages, beer, wine and live band; cash bar also available. Outstanding grill at Etowah and five star lunches at Chattooga are available for purchase.
